Elizée accepts payments from all major credit cards and through Paypal as well as Apple Pay.

We produce in small batches due to the artisanal craftsmanship involved, so if you like a shoe, we recommend you order it as soon as possible! If the style you’re interested in is sold out, you can add yourself to the waitlist for that particular product and size. If that style is restocked, you will be notified as soon as it comes back into stock. If you have any specific questions about a restock, please email customerservice@elizeeshoes.com

Luxury shoes can last a lifetime if properly cared for. We recommend storing your shoes in the cloth dust bag that comes with them to protect them from dust and sunlight. To clean, very gently brush leather with a soft, damp cloth, or use a soft dry brush for suede. If desired, you can protect suede with a water-resistant spray made specifically for suede. We recommend taking luxury shoes to your local cobbler for professional TLC for the leather when needed, and to replace the rubber tips on the heels when they start to wear down.
